The Erie Lackawanna Railroad Historical Society, Inc. (ELRRHS) is dedicated to preserving and disseminating information about the Erie Lackawanna Railroad (EL) and its predecessors, including the Lackawanna Railroad and the Erie Railroad.

The ELRRHS is recognized as a tax-exempt not-for-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization’s headquarters and extensive archives of EL and predecessor documentation is located in Avoca, New York.
